This practice is located in Hazleton, PA conveniently located off of Interstate 81, near the Lehigh Valley Hazleton hospital, Penn State-Hazleton and Laurel Mall.  Join an experienced, bilingual physician, an experienced CRNP and a bilingual Physician Assistant in an established practice located in the heart of the area.  This practice is like a family and has a very devoted patient panel.

In a family medicine career with LVHN, you’ll experience:

• Family medicine physicians see patients of all ages, from newborn to elder adults.
• We support in-office procedures, women's health procedures and sports medicine procedures for those with interest and training.
• Free scribe services
• Flexible Monday – Friday schedules
• Full time clinicians are scheduled for 36 patient care hours/week
• Call is shared with other practices in the region.
• Onsite and remote care team to support clincians
• Career development opportunities in teaching, research and physician leadership

Qualifications

• Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified
• A current PA Medical License or ability to obtain one is required
