Duke Orthopaedics seeks an inaugural Community Division Chief to  guide a growing network of community-based Duke Orthopaedics practices throughout Duke Health. The new Chief will drive strategic, clinical, and operational priorities, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care while fostering growth, alignment, and collaboration. The Community Division of Duke Orthopaedics consists of full-time clinical surgeons within Duke Health, some of whom have teaching and research responsibilities.
