Applicants should be BE/BC in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and Pain Medicine, plus should have completed an Interventional Spine/Pain Management fellowship. Experience in fluoroscopic and ultrasound guided spinal and peripheral procedures, including spine procedures, spinal cord stimula
