We have a very healthy age distribution of partners. We have state of the art facilities and a great insurance mix, less than one percent Medicaid and Medicaid HMO‘s. We are the biggest private practice in the entire region with revenues in 2024 trending towards 40 million. You will have the opportunity to earn a high salary. Our doctors earn in the top 25% of the Ortho Forum. This should be an achievable bar for a total joint surgeon. There is an opportunity for future growth. We have a large PT practice currently at over 50 providers and it will grow much more.  We have other ventures, including real estate and have sold one project.
