A balanced schedule allows for equal time in the clinic and OR $700,000 base guarantee for the life of the contract plus production incentive bonuses $100,000 student loan forgiveness, $50,000 sign-on bonus, insurance, disability, critical illness, life insurance, and paid medical malpractice.
