Position Information:
WakeMed Physician Practices is looking to hire a non-operative physician for our growing practice based in the Wake County area. This physician's role would consist of developing a non-operative sports medicine focused orthopaedic practice and contribute towards current and future athletic partnerships within the area. Our othopedic team consists of 24 physicians and a full team of skilled Advanced Practice Providers at a variety of locations throughout Wake County.

Eligible physician will be BE/BC in sports medicine. Physician reports directly to the Medical Director of their assigned division. Position requires MD/DO, Residency in IM, EM, FM, Peds, Neuromusculoskeletal or rehab medicine with a fellowship in sports medicine.

Education Required:
Doctorate Medicine Required

Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Licensed Medical Physician Required - And Board Certification in Area of Practice Preferred

Hours of Work:
Rotating 40+ per week
